In today's period of advocating "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", all major universities are offering entrepreneurship and innovation courses in full swing, and of course our school is no exception. And at the end of our innovation and entrepreneurship course, it also made me quite fruitful. Through this course, I have different views on the concept of "entrepreneurship". I think starting a business is not the same as making money, but a process of learning, a process of exercising self-ability and gaining experience from it.

In the innovation and entrepreneurship class, the teacher's lectures are very easy to understand, and she will also interact with us to let us know how to innovate from the game. In addition, I remember the teacher asked us to debate whether entrepreneurship can be taught in the classroom, but in my opinion, entrepreneurship can be taught. Of course, what I'm talking about here is to teach us to cultivate entrepreneurial awareness and spirit and understand the basic contents of entrepreneurial needs, so I like taking entrepreneurial innovation classes very much. Through the process of entrepreneurial innovation, I learned that entrepreneurship needs the following three factors:

1, team in the process of starting a business, the team is very important, team members should complement each other in personality, and the most important thing to complement each other in knowledge is to be like-minded.

Just like the four groups in The Journey to the West, they all have their own personalities, such as Tang Priest's blindness but no lack, the Monkey King's hatred of evil but no lack of magical power, Pig Bajie's laziness but no lack of error correction ability, and Friar Sand's simplicity but no lack of perseverance. The rapid development of the Internet has made Alibaba's website a business opportunity, and Ma Yun and his entrepreneurial team immediately seized this business opportunity. 1999, 10 month, Ma Yun got two rounds of financing. At this time, the three elements of Ma Yun's entrepreneurship are basically available. Then Ma Yun launched Taobao, the world's largest personal trading website, in 2003.

In 20 15 years, Alibaba's total transaction volume reached 91200 million, and in the recent 20 17 years, Alibaba's total transaction volume even reached 1682 million. We can see that Ma Yun's entrepreneurship is very successful.

Although we lack experience in social practice and team management and have not passed the test of the market, we have knowledge and dreams. I know that the road to starting a business is hard, so I will strive to improve my entrepreneurial ability and quality, and pay more attention to the innovation of ideas. I believe that only by constantly improving ourselves can we go further on the road of innovation and entrepreneurship.
