Ingredients: tofu
Sweet and sour juice: 1 spoon soy sauce+1 spoon balsamic vinegar +3 tablespoons tomato sauce+appropriate amount of sugar+1 spoon corn starch+100g water, and stir well.
Detailed practice:
1. Cut the tofu and coat it with starch evenly.

Tip: Use old tofu, which has less water and high nutritional value, and is not as tender as south tofu, so it will be better and the success rate will be higher. Remember to add less ketchup to make the ingredients cleaner.
