During the prosperous period of Shen Zongyuan (1078— 1086), the village was abandoned. There are three towns in Pingyang: Cang Qian (now Cang Qian), Bachao (now Feicheng) and Peony (now Yishan). Every town has an on-site service and collects business tax. According to documents, Yongjia County only knows nine towns, namely Jianya, Jishan, Dezheng, Chuitai, Xiaoyi, Xiangui, Qingtong and Xianju, and only Jiyun and Pengfei. This is an earlier record found on the Internet.
