? We believe that the high inventory often stems from backward planning system management, uncontrollable engineering changes, weak supplier control, inaccurate inventory, high product complexity and incomplete basic data.

? The solution of the above problems can not be separated from the support of process, organization (responsibility), performance (index) and IT. Among these supporting elements, it is only one link.
