Seeking a Hakka Myth Story

The legend of the ancient stone king (popular in Xingning area) In ancient times, more than ten miles around Shenguang Mountain in Xingning County were barren hills. Wild animals in the mountains often go to the village at the foot of the mountain to feed, which makes the villagers fidgety. There is a boy named Shi in the village who practiced the martial arts of throwing stones with one hand since he was a child. When a stone is thrown, it hits every shot. He is determined to eliminate pests for the public.

One day, I suddenly heard someone shout "Wolf". He looked up and saw a man running and barking with another cow in the distance. The boy invited several companions to catch up, and a stone smashed the wolf's head.

Another day, a tiger came to Huangjitang, which is only three miles from Shen Guang. People nearby are too scared to go out. Stone boy invited a dozen companions, took stones, and set off by water in three bamboo rafts. When the bamboo raft passed a reed bush, suddenly, a yellow-spotted tiger jumped out of the reed bush and jumped on the bamboo raft. The bamboo raft fell into the water with a tiger and a man. The tiger swam ashore and people followed it. At this time, the other two people on the bamboo raft have caught up. They picked up the stone and threw it at the tiger, killing it without much effort.

Since then, the boy named Shi has learned more and more about the martial arts of throwing stones, and more and more people come here for advice. With fewer wild animals, people's lives are stable.

Later, in order to commemorate the boy named Shi, people built an altar on the mountain to worship him and called him king. In recognition of his achievements, the King of South Vietnam made him a master-aunt king to protect the country and defend the country. Narrator: Zhong Zaimei (the recorder's father, deceased).

Recorder: Zhong Jian, male, retired teacher from Mochi Village, Diaofang Town, xingning city. Legend in Mo Dou (popular in Wuhua area) says that Mo Dou was designed and manufactured by Luban. In Lu Ban's hands, as long as the Mo Dou line is patted, the tree will automatically split in a straight line, which is both labor-saving and labor-saving.

On one occasion, Lu Ban took his apprentice to work in the mountains. At noon, Mo Dou ran out of water, and Lu Ban told his disciples to go down the mountain to get water. The apprentice took Mo Dou down the mountain, and because it was hot in summer, he walked halfway up the mountain and didn't want to go any more. At this time, he happened to urinate, so he put the urine into the Mo Dou tank when he urinated, and then returned to Luban after a short rest. Ruban took Mo Dou and drew a chalk line. Strange, there is only a black line left on the wood, and it has not cracked. Lu Ban became suspicious and asked his apprentice what kind of water he was holding, but he was afraid to tell the truth. Luban mistakenly thought it was the mountain god Shuiniang here, not the place where he found his own money, so he immediately packed up his tools and left the mountain. From then on, Mo Dou can only pop up lines, and will not automatically solve the board. Narrator: Zhang, male, primary school culture, Wuhua Datian Village, carpenter.
