What are the precautions for safe operation of precalciner kiln system?

The process of precalciner kiln system is to add a precalciner between the suspension preheater and the rotary kiln, or add 30 ~ 60% fuel to it by using the kiln tail flue, so that the exothermic process of fuel combustion and the endothermic decomposition process of raw meal can be carried out at the same time in suspension or fluidization state, so that the decomposition reaction of carbonate can be basically completed before the raw meal enters the rotary kiln, thus greatly improving the calcination efficiency of the kiln system. This calcination technology that moves the carbonate decomposition process from the inside of the kiln to the outside of the kiln is called external decomposition technology, and this external decomposition system is called pre-decomposition kiln for short.

When dealing with process faults, besides strictly controlling the technical parameters and operating procedures of the system and observing the safety operation rules, the points for attention in process safety operation are as follows. Rotary kiln: ① When the kiln is ignited and injected with coal, the operator shall not be near the kiln door; (2) In case of rainy days, observe the change of kiln barrel in time and turn over the kiln frequently to prevent the barrel from bending and deformation; (3) check the kiln or remove the kiln skin to confirm that the springboard is solid and reliable, but the kiln; (4) When the kiln is shut down for maintenance, the power supply should be cut off, and a warning sign of "No Start" should be hung up. Only after the equipment in front of and behind the kiln is shut down can the maintenance operation be carried out; (5) In case of sudden power failure, cut off the power supply, start the standby power supply, and cooperate with the roller table and electrician to restore the kiln operation.
