What are the inspection items of elevator traction machine? How to check?

1 traction machine installed firmly:

2 verticality of traction machine (measured under no-load and full load conditions), and the verticality deviation is not more than 2mm；;

3. The traction machine works normally, the oil quantity is appropriate, and there is no oil leakage except the extended end of the worm;

4 The edge of the traction wheel should be painted yellow, and the cantilever bracket should be equipped with a rope stop device;

5 rope groove should not have serious uneven wear, wear should not change the groove shape;

6 Brake is flexible and reliable. When braking, the brake shoes on both sides should be closely and evenly attached to the working surface of the brake wheel, and there will be no friction between the brake wheel and the brake shoes when the brake is released;

7 Manual brake release device or electric operation device shall be provided for emergency electric operation.
