What are the positions in the company (from low to high)?

The company has a chairman, directors, supervisors and secretary; General manager, deputy general manager, department manager, ordinary employees and so on.

Grade is the classification of posts. Each series of posts can be compared horizontally according to the level. For example, the managers of all departments, such as financial manager, sales manager and human resources manager, belong to the same level. Rank is the differentiation of salary dimension in the same sequence of positions, such as sales representative position, which is divided into three ranks: ordinary sales representative, intermediate sales representative and senior sales representative.
