What are the steps of frying tea?

There are three main steps to stir-fry tea: green pot, green pot and cooked pot.

1. Use the green pot first, and then tilt the pot 25-30 degrees. Then stir-fry the tea with bamboo broom, and put about 100g of tea into the pot. Then use the broom for frying tea to rotate the tea in the pot at high speed, and keep the temperature of frying tea in the green pot at 180-200 degrees as much as possible.

2. The second step is the second green pot, that is, the tea leaves are continuously fixed and twisted into strips. The temperature in the pot will be slightly lower than when the pot is raw. While rotating in the pot with a broom, stir-fry with friction in the pot, initially knead the tea leaves into strips, and then put the tea strips into a cooked pot.

3. The third step is to boil the pot. After the second step, put the strip-shaped tea leaves into the boiling pot. The temperature in the pot is kept between 130- 150 degrees. At this time, the tea has become very soft. At this time, gently rotate and shake the tea leaves, and the fragrance of the tea leaves will slowly come out.

Taboo of drinking tea

1, too strong to drink: strong tea will make the "excitability" of the human body too high, which will adversely affect the cardiovascular system and nervous system. People with cardiovascular diseases may have tachycardia and arrhythmia after drinking strong tea, which may easily lead to repeated illness.

2. Don't drink before going to bed: This is especially important for new tea drinkers. Many people will find it very difficult to fall asleep after drinking tea before going to bed, and even seriously affect their mental state the next day. People with neurasthenia or insomnia should pay special attention.

3. Don't drink before meals: It's okay to drink a small amount of tea before or during meals, but if you drink a lot of tea or drink too much tea, it will affect the absorption of many macro elements (such as calcium) and trace elements (such as iron and zinc).

It should be noted that when drinking milk or other dairy products, don't drink tea at the same time. Because theophylline and tannic acid in tea will combine with calcium in dairy products to form water-insoluble calcium salts, the nutritional value of dairy products will be greatly reduced.
