Introduction of Mongolian robes
Mongolian robe is a traditional Mongolian costume. Mongolian robe embodies the national customs and characteristics from the aspects of material, craft, style, wearing mode and using process. Jewelry, robes, belts and boots are the four main parts of Mongolian robes, and the decorations on women's heads are mostly made of agate, pearls and gold and silver. Yuan Dynasty is the development period of Mongolian robe. Qing Dynasty is the formation period of Mongolian robe tribe characteristics. Mongolian robe is one of the essences of Mongolian traditional culture. In 2004, it was included in the national pilot project of ethnic and folk protection, and in 2008 it was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list.
