Sanxian noodles are not only loved by people, but also made in a unique way.
First prepare: 1 small piece of ginger, 1 egg, 1 small yellow croaker, razor clams, white shrimps, dried eels, clams, oysters, green onions, small green vegetables and other necessary ingredients.
The first step is to make ginger eggs.
Wash the ginger, peel it, slice it, chop half of it into minced pieces, and reserve half for later use; stir the eggs into the minced ginger, stir evenly again, and set aside.
