Application of semi-full liquid fluorine refrigeration technology

At present, in order to improve the efficiency of evaporator in cold storage, fluorine pump full liquid circulation and pump-free pressurized liquid supply technology are generally adopted, but their fatal shortcomings are also well known in the industry.

First of all, their huge refrigerant charge is the most deadly. According to the law, the refrigerant will leak at least once in five years due to various reasons, and at least 20% of the refrigerant will leak during the one-year warranty period. Secondly, full liquid circulation can't remove the dirt in the system, making it exist permanently in the system, which may cause failure at any time. Furthermore, the power consumption of barrel pump should not be underestimated, and the pressure supply of liquid is even more insufficient when a large number of goods are put into storage.

On the contrary, the semi-full liquid supply technology developed by our company overcomes the above shortcomings and has many advantages. It adopts the conventional refrigeration mode to ensure that there is enough residual refrigerant flowing through each refrigeration loop and liquid supply for each loop, so as to achieve the purpose of liquid supply by barrel pump. At the same time, the pipeline of the system is continuously flushed, so that dust and foreign objects are continuously accumulated in the filter, and finally the spotless effect is achieved. Due to the use of non-full liquid supply, the filling amount of fluorine in the system is almost the same as that in the conventional cycle, and it will be easy to find if the refrigerant is slightly reduced.
