1. Cake bumps are a common traditional snack in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province. Cake bumps usually include shepherd's purse bumps, alfalfa, potato (called potato fork in northern Shaanxi) and acacia cauliflower bumps.

2. Golden thread oil tower is a precious traditional snack in Sanyuan area of Shaanxi Province. Its layer is silky, loose but not greasy, and its shape is "like a golden thread, falling like a pine tower", hence the name.

3. Hulutou, a traditional snack in Xi, Shaanxi. It originated from the "fried white sausage" in street food in the Northern Song Dynasty. Because the pig's large intestine is thick in oil and looks like a gourd, it is called gourd head. The basic raw materials of cucurbit head are pig large intestine and pig belly.
