What are the ways of teaching evaluation?

There are six ways of classroom evaluation.

1. Targeted evaluation. Mainly used to affirm and praise students' answers. For example, "after listening to your analysis, it is really enlightening!" "You are quick-thinking, and you can always make your classmates gain something!"

2. Action evaluation. Encourage students with concrete actions. Take the lead in applauding students, touching their heads with a smile, patting them on the shoulder, etc.

3. Encouraging evaluation. It is generally used to encourage students to carry forward their achievements, overcome shortcomings and improve the quality of answers. For example, "the problem you solved is not far from success." "If you read well, you will feel better when you read the author next time."

4. Passion evaluation. Teachers' heartfelt and passionate praise will enhance students' interest in learning and self-confidence. For example, the teacher can't help but blurt out: "Wow! Your opinion shocked me, and the teacher is proud of you! "

5. Waiting for evaluation. The purpose is to give students time to correct their mistakes. For example, "I'll give you another minute and you'll think about it." "Don't be nervous, think about it."

6. Guided assessment. When the students' answers are biased, the teacher skillfully corrects them, so as to lead them without sending them. For example, "Your idea is very special. Can you think about it from another angle? " "Can you change the words you just used? Is it more appropriate? "
