Humanoid yaki (Japanese: 人形焼, kana: にんぎょうやき), or koji (公仔餅) as it is known in Hong Kong and Macao, is a specialty of Tokyo's Sensoji Temple, which is named after the town in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Japan, where it originated. Together with the Thunder Gate and the Five-storied Pagoda, they are known as the "Three Famous Things" of Asakusa Temple. It is a confection made of flour, eggs, and sugar, which are mixed and baked in a special mold.
