Shibanchong Township is located in the southwest of Lu 'an City, at the northern foot of Dabie Mountain, upstream of Pishihang Water Control Project, close to National Highway 3 12, National Highway 105 and Lu 'an Airport, only 30 kilometers away from Lu 'an City. It governs 9 administrative villages, 85 villagers' groups, with a population of 24,000, covering an area of 50 square kilometers, with a mountainous area of 2 160 hectares, and the protected area of ecological public welfare forest reaches 1 1760 mu. The terrain of the township is complex, surrounded by water on three sides and mountains on one side. It is a key township for comprehensive management of the Jianghuai Basin in the whole province. The people in this township mainly rely on traditional agriculture and the income of migrant workers. In recent years, by encouraging the development of private economy, accelerating the pace of attracting investment, a large number of factories and mines have been built, and the financial resources of the township government have also increased.

The Su's Bridge connecting Shibanchong Township and subu town has been completed, connecting people on both sides of the Pi River, and the traffic is more convenient.
