What is the significance of the discovery of the lost "Theory of Qi Language" in Haihunhou's tomb for the study of Chinese history?
The Qi Language Theory can change history and have new theories in academics, so it can be said that this is a milestone discovery. This matter has to start from the beginning, in March 2011 the relevant departments received information, suspected ancient large-scale ancient tombs were stolen. The ancient tomb is located in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province.
After receiving the news, archaeologists immediately went to confirm. After investigation, it was confirmed that there was indeed an ancient tomb below. After all the preparations were completed, the archaeological work was successfully launched in 2015, named Haihunhou Tomb. A lot of advanced technology was used for exploration, electronic total station, GPS positioning and so on. The experts visited the tomb for a long time, so the information about this ancient tomb is relatively complete.
Thankfully there was also an earthquake before the tomb was discovered, which caused the tomb to be covered by water all the time, which isolated most of the bacteria, and a lot of things are still relatively intact. The tomb is the largest and best-preserved ancient tomb ever found in China, with the most artifacts unearthed, and was also selected as one of China's top 10 new archaeological discoveries in 2015.
The tomb's belongings also exceeded experts' expectations, with many bamboo slips unearthed. These bamboo slips provide a good historical basis for studying the society and folklore of the Han Dynasty at that time. One of the unearthed artifacts that can rewrite history is the Qi Linguistic Theory. The Qiyu Lun, which is a little unfamiliar to everyone, is another version of the Analects of Confucius.
There were some bamboo slips unearthed in Gansu, and some people said that they were written on them, but they didn't attract much attention. Later, the Haihunhou tomb was found in a similar bamboo slips, written on the Analects of Qi, everyone realized that this is another version of the Analects of Confucius. You know, the Analects of Confucius has disappeared for more than 1,800 years, and now this cultural antiquity has finally resurfaced in front of people's eyes.
