Can I acupuncture without a doctor's qualification certificate?

First, there is only one way to be an acupuncturist: a medical practitioner qualification certificate (you can open a clinic after 5 years of qualification certificate).

There are three ways to obtain the qualification certificate of medical practitioners:

A. Full-time medical undergraduate (5 years) diploma+1 year internship certificate.

B. After the new teacher has studied (5 years)/has a new specialty (5 years), he has obtained a new specialty qualification certificate, and has no bad record in practicing medicine for 5 years (exposure draft), and then he has taken the qualification examination for practicing medicine to obtain a certificate (policy change) (the new specialty certificate can be directly filed for opening a clinic, and the exposure draft mentions that the new specialty needs to practice medicine for 5 years without bad record, and the doctor certificate is filed for 5 years);

C old apprentice (3 years)/old specialist (5-year certificate): after obtaining the apprentice certificate/professional certificate, take the assistant doctor exam 1 year later. After obtaining the assistant, the time to take the doctor qualification examination is determined according to the final medical education.

Only by obtaining the qualification certificate of Chinese medicine doctor issued by the Ministry of Health can you have the right to prescribe and dispose of it. As a doctor, you can work in a hospital or clinic. (The specialist certificate can also be used to practice medicine independently, but after the new draft for comments is passed, the clinic cannot be opened directly. )

2. The certificate of acupuncturist issued by the Ministry of Personnel is a skill certificate. The holder has no prescription right and can only practice health care, not be a doctor. Don't be superstitious about this road for quick success and instant benefit. (This card has been cancelled)
