What folk arts are there in Yuyao?

Yuyao's traditional skills include a thousand wedding banquets, rice wine making skills in Fujiatu Brewery, maltose making skills in Xujiatang Brewery, black steamed bread making skills and pot stickers making skills in Yunlou.

1. Thousand banquets: On holidays, happy events at home, such as birthdays, birthdays, children's full moons, men's and women's marriage, being the champion, etc., all get together to celebrate each other, thus forming many dinners and banquets with Yuyao characteristics.

2. Brewing technology of yellow wine in Fujiatu winery: Polygonum multiflorum Thunb is the main raw material for making Baiyao. After cooking and cooling, pure rice is mixed with finely ground white powder, placed in a container such as a vat, and then covered with a quilt.

3. Production technology of maltose in JOE Sugar Factory: Because Xu Quanfeng's grandfather Xu Yuanzu has gone through three generations, using rice and barley as raw materials, maltose is usually produced in Tomb-Sweeping Day from the beginning of August to the following year due to high temperature.

4. Making skills of black steamed bread: In Zhang Ting and Sanqi towns, it is an essential snack for the Dragon Boat Festival. According to legend, it is to commemorate the local anti-Yuan steamed bread owner Wu Jie. This custom is still prevalent today, making black steamed bread a traditional food with local characteristics in Sanqi Town and Zhang Ting Town.

5. Making Skills of Fried Cloud House: Fried Cloud House has a history of 100 years and was founded by Chen Fufa in 19 16. The flour used in Yunlou Pot Sticker is flour produced in Shenzhen, Jiangsu and other places, which is made by mixing mountain spring water and flour in proportion. The raw fried skin made of such flour is full of toughness, and the pork at the front end of the pork leg is used as stuffing, which ensures the fresh, tender, refreshing, fat but not greasy taste of the pot stickers.
