Second, the grass-roots statistical work is weak, affecting the quality of statistical data 1, fewer full-time statisticians, more part-time, frequent personnel changes. Most of the grass-roots statisticians are part-time personnel, mainly by the village accountant, the enterprise accountant as, while doing a good job in the financial work, to fulfill a variety of statistical reporting duties, the task is heavy, difficult.
