Do you make money by opening a photo studio?

If you plan to open a photo studio, then I don't recommend you to do it.

Because with the advent of the internet age, it is really convenient for everyone to take pictures. Daily photo phones are ok, as are travel photos and digital cameras.

The business of photo studio seems to be only the following:

Wedding photography.

ID photo.

Team record of large-scale celebration activities.

These three businesses are obviously not high-frequency consumption, which means that the business support of a photo studio needs a large area of customers. Things like ID cards and photos will be diverted by some print shops. To make matters worse, some large office buildings have already set up automatic ID photo cameras downstairs, which can take photos and develop them in 5 minutes.

The relatively profitable business of 1 and 3 is obviously unaffordable for small shops. To put it bluntly, a small shop you just opened is not as good as those large wedding photography shops that have been open for more than ten years. In other words, the top traffic of high-end business has long been divided, while the traffic of low-end business is constantly being diverted.

So, now that you have opened a photo studio, I can be sure that you are losing money.
