1. Narrow focus: In our current home-school cooperation, the main communication methods are mutual education and parent-teacher conferences. Mutual teaching means that schools or teachers provide information to parents, which has a certain one-way. Many times, parents' meeting is also a time for teachers of all classes to inform students about their study and performance at school, and there is almost no time for parents to ask questions and speak. Most parents can't really understand their children's various situations at school through this form of communication, which also brings certain obstacles to home-school cooperation.
2. Parents don't pay attention to mutual teaching information: the rapid development of science and technology has also brought convenience to the communication between our school and family. Now many of our teachers have communicated effectively with their parents in various ways, such as mutual teaching, school newsletter, WeChat and QQ group, but some of our parents don't pay attention to the information sent by their teachers.
3. Single mode of home-school cooperation: Morgan, a famous professor in Northern Ireland, divided the mode of home-school cooperation into three categories according to the degree of parents' participation: low-level participation, high-level participation and formal organization participation. As can be seen from Morgan's classification, the mode of cooperation between schools in our country is still at the first level, and the mode of cooperation is single, mainly based on parent-teacher conferences and mutual education, with no guarantee in the system and no careful planning in the organization.
4. Parents' weak sense of cooperation: This has a lot to do with parents' educational concepts, and many parents have misunderstandings in educational concepts and methods. On the one hand, this kind of performance is mainly due to parents' over-pushing the responsibility of educating their children to the school, and failing to pay necessary attention to their children's situation at school. On the other hand, individual schools and teachers have similar problems to the same extent, and children's problems will naturally be blamed on families.
