Boiling prawns

Use one green bamboo shoot, one shrimp, six onions, three ginger and three pieces of cooking wine. Wash the shrimps with a small amount of water, and remove the shrimp line when cutting. Blanch the green bamboo shoots in the pot. Boil the shrimp in water. Step 1 Put water, ginger slices and shallots in the pot (tie them into knots) and bring them to a boil. Step 2: After the water is boiled, add the processed shrimp and cook for eight minutes. This depends on the size of the shrimp, and the small one only takes three minutes. Step 3: Take the shrimp out of the pot and put it on the plate. Step 4: Prepare your favorite seasoning and dip it in.
