The practice and wrapping method of zongzi

Let's share the wrapping method of zongzi. You can add accessories according to your own taste.

Tools/Materials: glutinous rice, zongye, Ma Lian rope.

0 1 glutinous rice was washed in advance and soaked in clear water for 5 hours.

Boil zongzi leaves and Ma Lian rope in a boiling water pot for 3 minutes to make them soft, then take them out and soak them in clear water.

As shown below, put 3-4 cooked zongzi leaves together, and then rotate them into a triangular bucket.

Then fill in glutinous rice flush with zongzi leaves and drain the glutinous rice and zongzi leaves with water.

Hold a triangular bucket full of glutinous rice in your right hand, turn the rice leaves on it with the other hand to cover the glutinous rice, and then turn the remaining rice leaves twice.

The rotated zongzi leaves wrap the zongzi. Wrap the zongzi with Ma Lian rope and tie it. One zongzi will be wrapped.

Wrap all the glutinous rice into zongzi, put it in a steamer, then add water (excluding zongzi) and cook it over high fire. After the pot is boiled, simmer for about 3 hours (depending on the size of the zongzi, the time is different), and the zongzi can be enjoyed.
