What's the point of making black tea?

If you want to brew a good cup of black tea, you don't need local difficult brewing technology. Just put the black tea leaves on the coffee table, inject boiling water and soak for a while. However, the use of tea sets such as teapots, the choice of water quality, the temperature of boiling water and the soaking time all have laws that must be followed.

The most important thing is that it must be brewed with boiling water. The boiled water used must be fresh boiled water full of bubbles. In other words, it is to brew black tea with freshly boiled water, and rely on bubbles to make tea convection quickly in the teapot, so that the components contained in tea can be fully extracted. Never brew black tea with the boiling water of the water heater, boil water for the second time or boil water excessively.

The soaking time varies according to the grade, shape and size of tea. 0P (monolithic form) is about 5 minutes, BOP (fragmented form) is about 3 minutes, and BOPF (finely divided form) is about 2 minutes. In addition, the consumption of a cup of tea is generally 5 grams as a whole, 3 grams in broken shape and 2 grams in finely broken shape.
