Tools/materials: an elastic band, 2 clips, a pair of scissors, a paper clip, a sewing machine.

1. Prepare an elastic band and cut it to a suitable length.

2. Clamp the jeans, measure them with elastic band, and mark them.

3. Cut the mark with scissors, put the paper clip on one end of the elastic band, and thread the elastic band through the jeans with the paper clip.

Finally, sew the gap with sewing machine, and it is finished.
