In short, perhaps these foreign experts are not necessarily better than domestic martial artists in terms of routine proficiency, but their practice of honing simple moves and absorbing the essence of different martial arts is very suitable for actual combat. In addition, foreigners have better physique and explosive power. Seriously, it's not that easy for domestic martial artists to defeat them.

Also, don't think that foreigners only eat fast food. In fact, many foreigners are willing to work hard and make a lot of efforts to learn something.
