How to play billiards

Table tennis is divided into eight balls, nine balls and snooker.

1, eight goals.

Eight balls *** 15 balls, 7 balls each. Black eight balls are men. The two sides took turns hitting the ball and continued to score. They can only play their own ball and cannot exchange the right to hit the ball. First, they can score all their own goals and the Black No.8 ball to win.

2. Nine goals.

Nine balls * * * Nine balls, numbered separately. Both sides take turns hitting the ball. They must play 1 first, then play 1 to 9 in order, and finally score the 9 th goal or the middle 9 th goal without foul, in order to win the game.

3. Snooker.

Snooker consists of 15 red balls and 6 colored balls of different colors. Both sides take turns hitting the ball. Every time you hit the ball, you must first hit the red ball, then hit any colored ball, then hit the red ball, and so on. The red ball is not taken out when it is scored, and the colored ball is taken out after it is scored and placed at a fixed point again.

Every red ball is scored, and every colored ball is scored accordingly, until all red balls are played, and then all colored balls are played in sequence, and the party with the highest score wins.

Legal ball and safety ball:

1, legal ball:

For all strokes (except tee-off and open matches), the cue ball must first touch the cue ball of the suit selected by the player, and then the cue ball will be put into the bag; Let the cue ball or any cue ball touch a star.

Note: It is possible for a player to let the cue ball touch a star first, and then touch the target ball. In this case, the cue ball must have its own ball in the bag or touch a star after the cue ball or any sub-ball touches the target ball, otherwise it is a foul.

2. Safety ball:

Based on the application of tactics, players can choose to score an obvious goal, announce a "safe ball" before shooting, and switch to the opponent's shot after shooting. Playing safe ball is also defined as legal hitting. However, if a player wants to hit a safe ball by scoring an obvious goal, he should announce the "safe ball" to his opponent before leaving the pole.

When the putter wants to hit a safe ball, he has an obligation to let his opponent know his intention. If the player does not make such a statement, and his target ball is in the bag, the player must continue to hit the ball, and any ball scored under the "safe ball" announcement will not be picked up.
