Traditional sanbao tea

Hawthorn and brown sugar are both good medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Their compatibility can not only dispel blood stasis, but also enrich blood, which is very suitable for women with irregular menstruation such as dysmenorrhea, delayed menstruation and oligomenorrhea caused by cold constitution, deficiency cold and blood stasis, especially in autumn and winter.

The method is simple: take 8~ 10 slices of hawthorn, wash them, remove the core, break them, brew or cook them in boiling water for 20 minutes, and add brown sugar and mix well.

A simple and effective tea conditioning method is medlar chrysanthemum tea: take 5 chrysanthemums and medlar 10g, wash them slightly and brew them with boiling water.

Phlegm dampness

People with phlegm-dampness constitution are often accompanied by dysfunction of spleen and stomach and endocrine disorders, mainly manifested as obesity, fullness of abdomen and sticky mouth.

Here we recommend the three treasures of tea: 5 grams of chrysanthemum, 5 grams of dried tangerine peel and 5 grams of Pu 'er tea, which are ground into coarse powder, wrapped in gauze and put into a cup, and brewed with boiling water for drinking.

People with phlegm-dampness constitution often drink Sambo tea, which can prevent hyperlipidemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia and relieve the symptoms of "three highs".

People with qi deficiency are often abnormal, either too thin or overweight, accompanied by fatigue, pallor, palpitation, shortness of breath and love sweating. People with qi deficiency have poor resistance and are prone to many diseases.

Black tea is the first choice for qi deficiency. Black tea is good at regulating gastric motility and improving symptoms such as loss of appetite and abdominal distension caused by qi deficiency. Secondly, Astragalus membranaceus is a good medicine for invigorating qi in traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also a must-have for people with qi deficiency.

Huangqi jujube tea is a very representative prescription for patients with qi deficiency: 30 grams of Huangqi, a handful of jujube, and decoction for 30 minutes.
