Connection method of decorative pvc water pipe joint

This paper will introduce three connection methods of pvc water pipe joints, namely rubber ring interface, glue interface and flange interface.

Rubber ring interface mode

The rubber ring interface mode is to expand one end of the pipe into a socket-type pvc drainage pipe with a concave channel by an automatic pipe expander, put on a flexible rubber sealing ring, and insert the other end of the pipe into the socket with a sealed shell to complete the connection.

Bonding interface mode

The gluing method is to expand one end of the pipe into a smooth pvc drainage pipe with a socket, and the outer surface of one end of the other pipe without expansion and the inner surface of the expanded socket are coated with a special glue pvc drainage pipe, and then the connection is completed by continuous insertion.

Flange connection mode

Flange connection mode is when the pipeline is connected with traditional pipeline, butterfly valve, gate valve and flowmeter. The connecting end of the pipeline is connected with PVC-U flange, and then connected with screws.
