Method for making bamboo leaf cake

1. raw materials: 300g of glutinous rice flour, 5 fresh bamboo leaves, 0/50g of bean paste stuffing, some aquatic plants and proper amount of peanut oil.

2. Wash fresh bamboo leaves, blanch them in boiling water for a while, let them cool, cut them into sections about 12 cm long, and brush them with a layer of peanut oil for later use.

3. Add a proper amount of water to glutinous rice flour to make a slightly hard dough, and then cut it into long squares with the same size and thickness. Spread a layer of bean paste stuffing between two long squares, wrap it tightly with bamboo leaves, bind it with aquatic plants, and steam it in a steamer for about 20 minutes until it is cooked.
