What is the adhesive of self-adhesive

Question 1: What is a self-adhesive sticker? It is also called self-adhesive label material. It is a composite material with paper, film or special material as fabric, adhesive coated on the back and protective paper coated with silicone as backing paper. 1. Flour. It is the carrier of the content of the self-adhesive label, and the back of the paper towel is coated with adhesive. There are many materials that can be used as surface materials, which are generally divided into coated paper, transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), electrostatic polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), laser paper, temperature-resistant paper, polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gold-plated paper, silver-plated paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil paper and fragile (anti-counterfeiting) paper. 2. Film material. Transparent polyester (PET), translucent polyester (PET), transparent oriented polypropylene (OPP), translucent oriented polypropylene (OPP), transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), bright white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), matte white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), synthetic paper, bright gold (silver) polyester and matte gold (silver) polyester. 3. Adhesive. Ordinary super-sticky, ordinary strong-sticky, frozen food strong-sticky, ordinary covering and fiber covering. On the one hand, it ensures the proper adhesion between the backing paper and the face paper, and on the other hand, it ensures that the face paper can be firmly attached to the sticker after peeling. 4. Base paper material. Release paper, commonly known as "backing paper", has a non-stick surface and low surface energy. The backing paper can isolate the adhesive, so as an attachment of the tissue paper, the tissue paper can be easily peeled off from the backing paper. Commonly used are white, blue and yellow cellophane or onion paper, kraft paper, polyester (PET), coated paper and polyethylene.

Question 2: What are the self-adhesive materials? There are many kinds of this. The plastic you are talking about is actually PET, PE, OPP film and other materials.

Self-adhesive materials, also known as self-adhesive materials, pressure-sensitive adhesive materials or self-adhesive, are the basic materials for label printing. Widely used in industrial production, daily necessities and other identification labels. All kinds of PET films, PVC films and PE films can be used as self-adhesive materials.

Basic components of self-adhesive printing materials. It is mainly composed of surface printing layer, adhesive layer and peeling layer.

1. surface printing layer

Generally, there are two kinds of materials used for surface printing layer, namely paper-based printing layer and film printing layer.

(1) paper-based printing layer. At present, offset paper, coated paper, glossy paper, fluorescent paper, aluminum foil and other special papers are widely used in paper-based printing layers. The requirements for paper-based printing layer shall conform to relevant national standards.

(2) thin film printing layer. Thin film printing layers include the following types.

① transparent film. Transparent films are divided into composite films and printed films.

Composite membrane. There are mainly polypropylene film (PP), polyethylene film (PE film) and polyvinyl chloride film (PVC film). Printing film. There are mainly polyester film (PET film), polyethylene film (PE) and polyvinyl chloride film (PVC).

② Translucent membrane. Include polyester film (PET) and polyethylene film (PE).

③ Opaque film. There are mainly gold polyester film (gold PET film) and silver polyester film.

④ Color film. Generally, PVC film is used.

⑤ feature film.

2. Adhesive layer

Adhesive layer is closely related to the performance and application range of self-adhesive printing materials, and it is one of the important performance indexes of self-adhesive printing materials.

There are three kinds of adhesives: rubber type, resin type and mixed type.

The main performance indexes of the adhesive are as follows:

Coating thickness: 0.02 0.005 mm;

Viscosity (25℃) 6 0.5 Pa? s;

Solid content: (30 ~ 33)%;

180 peel strength: ≥1000g/2.5cm (10cm/min).

Reasonable selection should be made according to the purpose of use and performance parameters.

3. Stripping layer

It is made by coating silicone oil on the surface of paper-based or film-based substrate to prevent adhesive from sticking to the peeling substrate, and at the same time, it can ensure a certain viscosity between the surface printing layer and the peeling substrate layer, which is convenient for printing and die cutting.

The release layer has two kinds of substrates: paper substrate and film substrate.

① Paper substrate. There are two types of paper substrates: translucent paper and multi-layer kraft paper. Semi-transparent paper is mostly used, and multi-layer kraft paper is only used as the backing paper of sealing strip.

② Thin film substrate. This kind of substrate belongs to advanced substrate, which has good dimensional stability and light resistance. There are mainly polyester film type and polypropylene film type. Because of its high price, this substrate is limited to the labels of high-end products.

It can be said that there are many different types of films in self-adhesive materials as base materials or release materials.

Question 3: What are the common bonding materials? Coated paper glue, also known as mirror glue, kraft paper glue, writing glue, etc. These are the most commonly used and common in the market.

Question 4: What is the material of the self-adhesive label? Self-adhesive labels are also called self-adhesive labels, timely stickers, pressure-sensitive paper, etc. It is a composite material with paper, film or special material as the fabric, adhesive coated on the back and protective paper coated with silica gel as the backing paper, and it becomes a finished label after printing, die cutting and other processing. When it is applied, the backing paper can be attached to the surfaces of various materials with a single press, and the Sichuan labeling machine can automatically label on the production line.

Question 5: What can be used to remove the adhesive 1? First, tear off the sticky decorations attached to the surface of glass or articles, soak the towel with warm water (hot water in winter), and repeatedly wipe the sticky marks twice; Wipe the soap with a warm wet towel and rub it several times at the trace; Finally, clean the soap bubbles with a clean warm and wet towel, and the adhesion marks will be removed.

2. Apply toothpaste evenly on the adhesive surface, leave it for a while, and then wipe it with a soft rag. Sometimes there is more adhesive, and it is stronger. Just apply toothpaste to the traces that have not been removed once. The method is still the same, and the headache glue can be removed. The principle is that toothpaste contains glycerol, which is a good solvent and can dissolve the components of adhesive. In addition, many cosmetics also contain glycerol, which can also be used to remove adhesives.

3. And scrape the hard bottom surface suitable for glass, floor tiles and the like with a pen and a paper knife; Wipe with alcohol, suitable for glass, floor tiles, clothes, etc. Freezing, after freezing, the glue becomes hard and can be torn off directly, which is suitable for alcohol, scraping and other methods.

It is said that it can also achieve the effect of wind oil essence. If it is a self-adhesive or the like, you can blow it with a hair dryer, which is easy to remove, but it is not suitable for plastic, and overheated plastic will be deformed.

5. Blow heat with air duct. This is very effective and convenient at home. Basically everyone has an air duct blower, which can stick glass, plastic, wood and metal. Blow it back and forth with the air duct several times, then tear a small edge, and slowly tear it along the direction of tearing while blowing with the air duct. The effect is very good.

6. Rub hard with an eraser.

7. It is very easy to remove it by wiping with Tinea water in industry.

Question 6: What are the characteristics of self-adhesive materials? 1, strength. Strength characteristic refers to an index to test the cohesion of paper under external force. The strength of paper is related to the formula and manufacturing process of raw materials, and affects the printing, processing and application of label materials. Different strengths of tissue paper are different, and different types of label materials can be made by using this characteristic, such as fragile paper with low strength and sealing sticker with high strength. 2. Applicability of printing. The smoothness and density of paper surface directly affect the absorption and drying speed of ink when printing; Different kinds of paper have different printability, for example, low-density matt paper is suitable for printing variable information labels; Medium and high density coated paper and mirror coated paper are suitable for processing and printing figures and landscapes on advanced label equipment. 3. appearance. The appearance of paper is influenced by many factors. Although the appearance does not affect the function of paper, it directly affects the selection of label materials. Paper and appearance include whiteness, color, luster, uniformity, feel and visual effect. For example, choose spot color label materials consistent with the color of commodity packaging, and choose label materials close to the samples provided by customers. 4. Dimensional stability. Dimensional stability is the degree of deformation of paper and the most important index of paper, which involves the sensitivity to dimensional deformation caused by temperature and humidity in the actual environment. In the printing process, the accuracy of multi-color overprint is directly related to the stability of size. The dimensional stability of finished labels has a certain influence on label preservation and labeling. 5. Other performances. Including the basis weight, thickness and uniformity of paper, as well as related physical and chemical indexes that affect the printing processing and application of paper, are all important properties of paper materials. Question 7: What kinds of self-adhesive materials are there? Generally divided into paper stickers and film stickers.

Paper stickers include thermal paper stickers, coated paper stickers, writing paper stickers and so on.

Thermal paper stickers are widely used in supermarkets and other fast-moving consumer goods such as logistics.

Coated paper glue is the most common glue, which can be seen in bar code labels, commodity labels and other places.

Film pasting includes pet stickers, pp stickers, synthetic paper stickers, pe stickers, pvc stickers and so on.

Pet glue is widely used in electronic industry and machinery industry because of its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Pe is used in cosmetics, bottle stickers and other environments.

Question 8: What material is the film on the self-adhesive label? Self-adhesive label, also known as self-adhesive label, timely sticker, pressure-sensitive paper, etc. , is a composite material with paper, film or special material as fabric, adhesive coated on the back, and protective paper coated with silica gel as backing paper, which becomes a finished label after printing, die cutting and other processing. In application, the backing paper can be attached to the surfaces of various materials with a single press, or it can be automatically labeled on the production line with a labeling machine.

Question 9: What is the difference between 9:PE self-adhesive and PVC self-adhesive materials? PE adhesive has better transparency, that is, light transmittance. PVC glue has better stiffness and each has its own physical properties, so its application scope is different.
