What is a cold refrigerator? What are the characteristics?

Indirect cooling refrigerator relies on the fan in the box to force the circulating airflow in the box to exchange heat with the evaporator to cool food, so it is called indirect cooling type. The frost of indirect cooling refrigerator is only on the evaporator surface in the interlayer, but there is no frost on the inner surface of the freezing chamber, so it is called frost-free refrigerator, and its defrosting mode is automatically carried out by defrosting time relay.

The evaporator for indirectly cooling the refrigerator is installed in the compartment between the freezing chamber and the refrigerating chamber (horizontal) or in the compartment behind the freezing chamber (vertical).

The composition of the double-door refrigerator is shown in figure 1-7.

The main characteristics of indirect cooling refrigerator are: there is no frost in freezing room and freezer, which makes the refrigerator have high volume utilization rate; Forced air circulation, good temperature uniformity in the box; Thawing will be fully automatic, and there is no need to move food out of the freezer, which is beneficial to the long-term preservation of food. The temperatures of the freezing chamber and the refrigerating chamber can be adjusted by their own control mechanisms, which is convenient to use. However, due to the large heat leakage and frequent defrosting, the power consumption is slightly higher than that of the directly cooled refrigerator.
