1, Tibet University

Tibet University is a comprehensive university belonging to the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), the "211 Project" key construction university, the Tibet Autonomous Region People's Government and the Ministry of Education **** construction of colleges and universities. 2, Tibet University for Nationalities

It is the earliest school of higher education in Tibet, and its predecessor was the Tibet Public School founded in 1958, which was changed into the Tibet Institute for Nationalities in 1965 with the approval of the State Council.
