The forms of grass-roots trade union organizations mainly include the following:

(1) Grass-roots trade union committees generally refer to trade union organizations with more than 25 members in enterprises, institutions and organs, which are elected by member representatives with the approval of higher-level trade unions.

(II) The Joint Committee of Grass-roots Trade Unions refers to a regional or industrial grass-roots trade union organization established by enterprises and institutions on the basis of their own establishment of grass-roots trade union organizations and in accordance with the principles of joint system and representative system.

(3) The joint grass-roots trade union committee generally refers to the grass-roots trade union committee jointly established by two or more units according to regions or industries. Because of its small number of members, it cannot be established separately. The difference between the Joint Committee of Grassroots Trade Unions and the Joint Committee of Grassroots Trade Unions is that the trade union organization of the Joint Committee of Grassroots Trade Unions is an independent grass-roots trade union, and the trade union organization of the Joint Committee of Grassroots Trade Unions is not an independent grass-roots trade union, so it can be called a trade union branch or a trade union group.

(4) In recent years, some localities have actively promoted the innovation of trade union organizational forms and explored the establishment of new grass-roots trade union organizational forms such as construction trade unions, market trade unions, construction project trade unions, community trade unions and street trade unions.
