Pipe, the name of the instrument, a wind instrument, which has a long history. It originated in ancient Persia (present-day Iran). In ancient China, it was called "wicker bamboos" or "reed pipes". More than 2,000 years ago (during the Western Han Dynasty), it was popular in the Xinjiang region of China, and was later introduced to the Central Plains. It consists of three parts: a whistle, an invader and a cylindrical body. It can be used for solo, ensemble and accompaniment. Through changes and development, the performance techniques of the pipe whistle have been enriched and developed. And it is widely popular in Chinese folklore, and has become a favorite common musical instrument of the people in the north.
