Notice on the Examination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Teachers in Beihai City, Guangxi in 2022

According to the "Measures for Examination of Qualification of Physicians who have studied traditional medicine and have expertise" (Order No.52 of the Ministry of Health) and the "Implementation Plan for Examination of Traditional Medicine and Expertise (Trial)" (No.47 [2007] of TCM), we are now doing a good job in the "Notice on Further Implementing the Measures for Examination of Qualification of Physicians for Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine and those with Real Talents" (State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine [2013]

First, the evaluation object

(a) to apply for apprenticeship examination, the following conditions shall be met:

1. Have a high school education or equivalent, and have been studying with teachers for 3 years continuously;

2. Sign a master-apprentice relationship contract with the instructor, which is unified in state administration of traditional chinese medicine and notarized by a notary office at or above the county level, and is valid for 3 years (candidates who signed and notarized the contract before July 3 1 20 19 can register).

(two) to apply for the traditional medical examination, the following conditions shall be met at the same time:

1. Engaged in clinical practice of traditional medicine for more than 5 years according to law;

2. Master the unique, safe and effective traditional medical diagnosis and treatment technology.

Two. Submission of materials

(1) A person applying for technical appraisal and evaluation of traditional medicine shall submit the following application materials:

1. Application Form for Examination of Traditional Medical Skills 1 copy (see attachment 1 for details, the applicant's unit shall affix its seal and sign the opinion that it meets the registration conditions and agrees to apply for the examination);

2. 1 Copy of my identity certificate (submit a copy and check the original);

3. 1 inch bareheaded full-length color photo (excluding photos pasted on the application form);

4. Materials issued by the county-level administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine where the applicant is located to prove that he has engaged in clinical practice of traditional medicine (Annex 2, which shall be submitted to the county-level administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine for examination and seal after the preliminary examination and seal of the current practicing institution);

5. Materials issued by more than two Chinese medicine practitioners to prove that they have mastered the unique, safe and effective traditional medical diagnosis and treatment technology (Annex 3);

6. 1 copy of the witness's medical qualification certificate (submit a copy and return the original after verification);

7. Skill operation scores are valid for two years, and comprehensive written test scores are valid in that year. Candidates who take the make-up exam must provide 1 copy of the Examination Transcript of Guangxi Traditional Medical Students and Professionals in 2002/0/year (submit a copy and check the original).

(2) When applying for apprenticeship evaluation, the following materials shall be submitted:

1. 1 copy of the application form for the assessment of traditional medicine teachers as apprentices (see annex 4 for details, affix the seal of the county health bureau that has approved the guidance of teachers' practice, and sign the opinion of "meeting the registration conditions and agreeing to apply");

2. 1 Copy of my identity certificate (submit a copy and check the original);

3. 1 inch bareheaded full-length color photo (excluding photos pasted on the application form);

4. 1 copy of education or certificate of education (submit a copy and check the original);

5. Tutor doctor's qualification certificate, doctor's practice certificate, professional and technical post qualification certificate, or a certificate issued by the administrative department of health and the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine approving his practice and engaging in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine for more than 5 years 1 copy (Annex 5);

6. 1 notarized copy of the master-apprentice relationship contract (submit the copy and check the original);

7. Skill operation scores are valid for two years, and comprehensive written test scores are valid in that year. Third, the registration and on-site audit confirmation time

Examination registration includes two parts: online registration and on-site audit. On-site audit should be based on the place where candidates practice or study with teachers. According to the principle of territorial management, go to the health bureau of the jurisdiction to conduct on-site audit. After checking the candidates' materials, the county will send them to the municipal physical examination center (the first floor of the West Building of the Municipal Health and Wellness Committee, No.225 Southwest Avenue) for review.

Four. Time and place of assessment

The assessment time is tentatively scheduled for late August 2022 (August 16 to August 18), and the specific time and assessment address shall be subject to the announcement of the admission ticket.

Five, the admission ticket printing

During the period from August 4th to August15th, candidates can log in to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region's assessment management system for traditional medicine teachers and real talents (http://222.216.195.142: 8320/user/userlogin) to print the admission ticket.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

(1) Please ask the health administrative department at the county level and the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine to make a good assessment of the epidemic situation according to the local epidemic prevention requirements, formulate a reasonable plan, ensure that people do not gather, and conscientiously do a good job in the examination registration organization and qualification examination.

(2) The assessment results shall be uniformly announced by the Autonomous Region Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This time, traditional medicine teachers and professionals (according to Order No.52 of the former Ministry of Health) have passed the examination, obtained the apprenticeship certificate of traditional medicine teachers or the certificate of traditional medicine skills, and cannot directly set up clinics. Under the guidance of medical practitioners, after completing the probation period of 1 year in Guangxi medical institutions and passing the examination, they can apply for the national qualification examination for practicing assistant doctors.
