Which country is the specialty of raw lacquer?

Raw lacquer is also called national lacquer, earth lacquer, wood lacquer and lacquer.

Natural raw lacquer is one of the native products of China, and it is known as the "Three Treasures" in China (cutting tree lacquer, silkworms spinning silk and bees making honey). From virgin forest and natural lacquer family, natural lacquer is the natural lacquer juice cut from lacquer trees artificially, and the natural lacquer juice is mainly composed of urushiol, laccase, resin and water. The application of natural raw lacquer painting has a long history, which has played a very good role in the painting of specific high-temperature resistant projects such as chemical industry, light industry and power plant. The history of China's discovery and use of natural lacquer can be traced back to more than 7000 BC. According to historical records, "the use of lacquer began with bamboo slips, which were used as utensils, while black lacquer was used as ritual vessels, while Yu was used as black lacquer, and Zhu was used as an internal painting." "Zhuangzi in the World" records that "cinnamon is edible, so cut it, and lacquer is available, so cut it". Natural raw lacquer has a world-recognized reputation as "the king of coatings".

The main producing areas of natural lacquer in China are Sichuan, Shaanxi, Henan, Shanxi, Gansu, Hubei, Guizhou and Yunnan provinces. Besides China, there are Japanese, Korean, Laos, Viet Nam, Myanmar, Thailand and Iran.

Natural raw lacquer can be divided into four categories, namely Maoba lacquer, Chengkou lacquer, Southwest lacquer and Northwest lacquer.
