First, the food safety certification application conditions:
1, the applicant must be able to control the production process of products, implement the operating rules for green food production, and ensure the product quality meets the requirements of green food standards;
2, reporting enterprises should have a certain scale, can bear the green food logo use fees;
3. As an applicant, enterprises engaged in production management and services below the township level must have production bases and directly organize production; Commercial and service enterprises at or above the township level must have stable production bases subordinate to their own enterprises;
4. Enterprises that declare processed products must produce and operate for more than one year.
Two. To apply for a food business license, the following materials shall be prepared and submitted to the local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level where the applicant is located:
1, food business license application;
2, a copy of the business license or other qualification documents;
3, and adapt to the food business of the main equipment and facilities layout, operation process and other documents;
4, food safety self-inspection, health management of employees, incoming inspection records, food safety accident handling and other rules and regulations to ensure food safety.
Legal basis: Article 102 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and the State Council organized and formulated the National Emergency Plan for Food Safety Accidents. The local people's governments at or above the county level shall, according to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the emergency plan for food safety accidents of the people's government at a higher level and the actual situation of their respective administrative areas, formulate the emergency plan for food safety accidents in their respective administrative areas and report it to the people's government at the next higher level for the record. The emergency plan for food safety accidents shall stipulate the classification of food safety accidents, the organization and command system and responsibilities for accident handling, the prevention and early warning mechanism, handling procedures and emergency safeguard measures. Food production and marketing enterprises shall formulate plans for handling food safety accidents, regularly check the implementation of various food safety preventive measures of their own enterprises, and eliminate hidden dangers of accidents in time.
