C2C mode: It is an independent consumption platform composed of merchants, consumers and personal names, so that everyone has his own name.

B2B is the most profitable e-commerce business model in China. At present, the business models of e-commerce in China can be roughly divided into five categories according to the transaction objects: business-to-business B2B, business-to-consumer B2C, business-to-government B2B, consumer-to-government C2G and consumer-to-consumer C2C. Although some relatively novel models have begun to appear, such as B-B-B-C, it will take a long time to develop on a large scale. B2G and C2G are government e-commerce activities, not for profit, mainly including government procurement, online customs declaration, tax declaration, etc. And it will not have a great impact on the entire e-commerce industry.

This Law does not apply to financial products and services that provide news information, audio-visual programs, publications and cultural products through information networks.
