Yongfeng Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery is a cemetery built by Pucheng County Party Committee and County People's Government in the middle of 1958 to commemorate the martyrs who died in the battle of Yongfeng during the Liberation War, educate future generations and carry forward the revolutionary tradition. /kloc-0 was listed as a provincial martyrs memorial building protection unit in August, 1987.

The cemetery is located 25 kilometers east of pucheng county, Shaanxi Province, on the east bank of Luohe, northwest of Yongfeng Town. The cemetery covers an area of 50 mu, with a building area of 1450 square meters. The park is shaded by pines and cypresses, and the seasons are evergreen. The main buildings are memorial halls and monuments. North-south direction of the cemetery, the front door of which is inscribed by Wang Zhen, has eight characters of "Yongfeng Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery" embedded in black marble.

The Martyrs Memorial Hall in the center of the cemetery displays the deeds, clothes and photos of the martyrs who died in the battle of Yongfeng, as well as life pictures of famous martyrs in Pucheng County, such as Yang Hucheng, Bao Sen, Park Kemin and Wan Zhining. On the west is the Martyrs' Ashes Hall, and on the east is the rest room. Behind the memorial hall stands the Monument to the Revolutionary Martyrs of Yongfeng Battle, which is 19.48 meters high to commemorate the occurrence of 1948 Yongfeng Battle. The five-story plane arranged in the center and left and right sides of the monument represents the five columns of the Northwest Field Army that participated in the Yongfeng Campaign that year. In the middle of it, the golden characters inscribed by Comrade Wang Zhen, "The revolutionary martyrs in the Battle of Yongfeng are immortal", are engraved. Giant bluestone inscription with a front width of 4m and a height of 1.4m; Two large-scale reliefs, "Besieged City" and "Street Fight" carved in the east and west, reproduce the heroic scene of Yongfeng Battle and the heroic spirit of the People's Liberation Army.
