Fried method of Chinese cabbage

The method of frying Chinese cabbage is as follows:

1. Prepare eight taels of "Chinese cabbage" and wash it.

2. Drain the washed Chinese cabbage.

3. Heat the pan and drain the oil. When the oil temperature rises, pour in "Chinese cabbage, garlic and pepper" and stir fry.

4. Add "salt, soy sauce, aged vinegar, monosodium glutamate" in the process of stir-frying until uniform.

5. Finally, stir-fry a fresh and green Chinese cabbage.
