What festivals are there in Dulong?

In the year of Dulong, Dulong people called it "Kaque Wow". This is the only festival of Dulong in a year. They regard1February 29th as New Year's Eve and 30th as the first day of the New Year.

Dulong is one of the ethnic minorities with a small population in China, formerly known as "Ren Xun". It is located in the Dulong River Basin of Gongshan Dulong Nu Autonomous County. Located in the west of Gaoligong Mountain, but in the east of Lika Mountain, Dulong Township was established, which is the only settlement of Dulong. There are about 7000 people now. Dulong language is used, and there is no national language.

The original custom of group marriage of Dulong people no longer exists. Both men and women are distributed, and girls have the habit of tattooing. Dulong people believe in animism, worship natural objects and believe in ghosts and gods.

The population of Dulong [1] is about 7,000 (according to the data of 20 10 census), mainly distributed in Gongshan Dulong Nu Autonomous County, Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province.

On both sides of Dulong River Canyon in the west of Gongshan Dulong Autonomous County of Yi Autonomous Prefecture, on both sides of Nujiang River in the north, Qile Township of Weixi Lisu Autonomous County, and Chavalo in Chayu County of Xizang Autonomous Region. In addition, there are many Dulong people living in Myanmar. Make friends with Lisu, Nu and Bai generations. They maintain a good social morality of "not connecting the road at night and not closing the door at night", and theft rarely occurs. Historical records call it "Ren Xun".
