Introduction of Pu 'er tea production technology

Pu 'er tea production technology, also known as tribute tea production technology, is formed through thousands of years of practice. Its basic procedures are roughly as follows: offering sacrifices to the tea god, selecting raw materials, deactivating enzymes, rolling and drying, autoclaving and molding to make various finished teas. The traditional craft of Pu 'er tea tribute has strong historical and cultural connotation, unique production technology, rich folk customs, unique craft and rich ornamental products, which plays an important role in promoting the formation of Pu 'er tea brand technology and the development of tea industry, and is a traditional cultural treasure in China and even the world. In 2008, Pu 'er tea making technique (tribute tea making technique) was selected into the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
