Jiaozi is suitable for all ages, so how to make steamed dumplings that are fragrant and juicy? Although our family are all northerners, we all like to eat noodles, such as steamed stuffed buns and jiaozi, and we need to eat them four or five times a week. No, the children at home are clamoring for me to take jiaozi this time.

Speaking of jiaozi, it's really delicious, delicious and juicy, and it's really enjoyable to eat in one bite. Every time we make jiaozi, we eat it steamed, stuffed with carrots, pork and lean corn. This kind of stuffing is nutritious and delicious, and all the children at home love it!

So, today our family invited jiaozi. Like jiaozi's good friends, let's study together! Jiang Shui's specific practice is to use lean pork, carrots, corn, dumpling skin as seasoning, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking oil and onions.

Step 1: Clean the lean meat prepared in advance, and then chop the minced meat. Soak onion and ginger slices in boiling water to taste in advance (onion Jiang Shui), peel and chop carrots, and prepare corn. Stir well in the same way in one direction, then pour in carrots and corn.

Step 2: When everything is ready, you can gradually season jiaozi. Add salt to jiaozi, stir it evenly in one direction with chopsticks, then pour in appropriate onion and Jiang Shui, stir it evenly in one direction in the same way, then pour in carrots and corn, add a proper amount of extremely delicious and oil-guzzling, then add a small amount of sesame oil or other vegetable oil, and stir all the food evenly in one direction with chopsticks, so that their jiaozi can be adjusted.

Step 3: Prepare dumpling wrappers (this one is freshly made by me), and you can wrap jiaozi. Just pack it in the way you like. I use the wicker wrapping method. (Many detailed package methods, warmly welcome to visit the home page, there are jiaozi tutorial videos).

After wrapping, if there is no oiled paper, you need to brush the steamed slices with 10% oil before putting the wrapped jiaozi, which can prevent sticking more quickly. Put cold water on the pot, cover the pot, boil the water and steam for 20 minutes. Delicious jiaozi can be cooked!
