What food do you eat on National Day?

It is recommended to eat stewed beef brisket with potatoes for National Day food, as follows:

Tools/materials: beef, potatoes, clean water, kitchen knife, peeling knife, pot, spatula, cooking oil, cooking wine, bowl, casserole, hot water, onion, ginger, cooking wine, dried pepper and salt.

1. Wash the brisket and cut it into pieces for later use.

2. Wash, peel and cut potatoes for later use.

3. Heat the oil pan, stir-fry the beef, cook the cooking wine and stir-fry the fragrance for later use.

4. Add appropriate amount of hot water to the casserole, add onion, ginger, cooking wine and dried pepper to boil, then add beef and cook for 20 minutes.

5. Then simmer until the beef is cooked and rotten, add salt to taste, add potatoes to stew until it tastes good, and stew the beef with potatoes.
