The planning area reaches Zhaozhou Road in the north, Lujiabang Road in the west and South Tibet Road in the east; The land area is 23.7 hectares. The present situation includes Dalin Road and Daji Road in the east-west direction, and Xie Fang Road, Tangjiawan Road and Xilin Road in the north-south direction. They divided the planned plot of Laoximen into seven plots of different sizes.
2. Current population
According to the statistics of relevant departments, there are 5036 households living in the demolished land, with a population of 1.4 1.0000, and the population of the reserved land is expected to be 0.6 ~1.0000. To sum up, the population within the current planning scope is about 20,000 ~ 25,000.
3. Current land use
There are three factories in the planning scope of the factory, namely, the first-class industrial land located on the east side of Tangjiawan Road, the second-class industrial land located on the south side of Dalin Road and the east side of Xie Fang Road (the part near the intersection of Xie Fang Road has been converted into a sauna bath center), and the third-class industrial land located on the north side of Dalin Road and the west side of Tibet South Road. These factories are small in scale, with outdated workshops and poor economic benefits, and are in a state of semi-shutdown.
Commercial outlets within the planning scope of commercial financial service facilities are divided into two categories: the traditional small business model is mainly concentrated on both sides of Daji Road, Xie Fang Road and Tangjiawan Road in the plot; Modern business models are concentrated around Lujiabang Road and South Tibet Road. There is no large financial and business center in the planned plot.
There is a middle school within the planning scope of education and health facilities-Shanghai No.9 Middle School; Two primary schools-Zhaozhou Road Primary School and Xie Fang Road No.2 Primary School; A kindergarten-Daji Road Kindergarten. In addition, there is a municipal hospital within the planning scope-the Municipal Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Hospital land is scattered, mainly at the intersection of Daji Road, Xie Fang Road and Xie Fang Road, near Lujiabang Road.
Current residential land 14.23 hectares, accounting for 60.04% of the total land. At present, most of them are second-class houses below old buildings, with poor building quality, backward living facilities and high residential density, covering an area of 9.97 hectares, accounting for 70.06% of the total residential land. There are still a small number of multi-storey houses with an area of 0.73 hectares; There are also some high-rise buildings along Lujiabang Road, South Tibet Road and Zhaozhou Road, covering an area of 3.53 hectares.
There is a district-level protected building within the planning scope of protected buildings, which is also a religious building-Baiyun Temple. Baiyun Temple is a Taoist temple, and its present situation is well preserved. Its entrance is located in Xie Fang Road, adjacent to the entrance of Shijiu Middle School. In addition, there is a special building of the Municipal Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital: the Red Building. It belongs to a renovated modern building, located in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital near the intersection of Xie Fang Road and Daji Road, along Xie Fang Road. The quality of the building is acceptable.
4. Land development

Commercial space distribution is mainly located in multi-storey podium buildings and residential platforms along Tibet South Road, Lujiabang Road, Zhaozhou Road and An Lan Road, and extends along Tibet South Road to the subway line 8 station.
3. Education and health facilities
