Selection program

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Select a location. 2. Fill in the information. The interview takes the form of structured interview, leaderless group discussion and practical investigation, which mainly tests the quality and performance ability of candidates. Interview score 100, and the minimum qualified score is 60. Those under 60 cannot enter the next round of selection. For positions with professional requirements, you can test the professional level of the position.

(5) Difference investigation

After the interview, according to the total scores of written test and interview (50% for written test and 50% for interview), the subjects will be determined from high score to low score. In general, the ratio of the inspected object to the number of selected positions is 2: 1. For positions with two or more transfer positions, the proportion of difference inspection can be appropriately reduced (the positions that have not formed difference inspection still need to be inspected, and the transfer unit will decide whether the inspected object will enter the next stage after the inspection). If the last person to enter the inspection is tied, all the tied personnel will enter the inspection. The inspection mainly includes a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the subjects' morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and the matching degree between their political and professional qualities and the selected posts, highlighting political standards, in-depth inspection of moral conduct, strengthening the inspection of professional quality, paying attention to the inspection of work performance, strengthening the inspection of clean and honest work style, and resolutely putting an end to those who are unqualified in political quality, improper in moral conduct and dishonest in entering municipal organs.

(6) Physical examination

The party groups (party committees) of the selected units shall select the candidates to be inspected according to the inspection situation and work requirements, and according to the principle of adapting the management authority of cadres to the posts. The physical examination is conducted in the medical institution designated by the recruitment of civil servants. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]140). From the announcement to the implementation of this selection medical examination, if the state introduces new medical examination regulations, they shall be implemented in accordance with the new regulations.

Each selection unit or candidate who has doubts about the results of the physical examination items that have not been re-examined on the same day or on the spot may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination. The conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results. During or after the publicity, vacancies caused by the abandonment of candidates or other reasons will not be filled.
