Binhe Jiu Liangye Cultural Tourism Scenic Spot is located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, which is a cultural tourism scenic spot themed on Jiu Liangye wine culture, and has been rated as a national AAAA level tourism scenic spot. The scenic spot is located in the riverside scenery zone of the Yangtze River in the water town of Jiangnan, relying on the production base of Jiu Liangye Group, integrating industrial sightseeing, cultural experience, leisure and entertainment and other multiple tourism elements in one.

The scenic spot is equipped with a number of attractions such as Jiu Liangye History Museum, Jiu Liangye Liquor Culture Square, and Jiu Liangye Characteristic Neighborhood.
