Where is the former residence of Yan Jia in Xizhou, Dali?

Located in the ancient town of Xizhou, Yanjia Minju was built by Mr. Yan, the 20th descendant of the first family of the "four great families" in Xizhou. Its main body consists of three courtyards. In the compound, there are typical architectural forms of Bai folk houses, such as "three sides and one wall", "four into five courtyards", "one into two courtyards" and "walking around the corner building". Gorgeous cornices, three drops of colored doors, gorgeous three-layer painted ceiling and exquisite three-layer carved wooden lattice doors vividly show the architectural art of Bai folk houses. The first courtyard is a courtyard with "three squares and one wall", and the gate reads "Houlu". "Hou" takes the word Hou in the owner's name, and "Lu" takes the humble family style of Yan family. The second courtyard is a pattern of "four entrances and five patios", which is called "Hou dwellings". The names of husband and wife each take a word, which symbolizes that women in the family hold up half the sky. The backyard is called "Kailuan", which is named after the children. The first two buildings form the pattern of "six in one, two springs in the same place", the one upstairs is called "Walking Horse and Passing Corner Building", and the second floor in the backyard is called "Stacking Gold Building", which is the pattern of "Wufeng Building" of Bai people. This building is bold and innovative in architecture, which perfectly moves the essence of Bai nationality-courtyard design to the second floor, while the first floor is used as a restaurant. Looking from the front yard, you can see the elegant and fresh white courtyard style, not the scenery upstairs. In addition to watching the exquisite Bai architecture, the former residence has more wonderful folk customs to experience.
